Hocus Pocus ✨
I dyed a mini-skein set of Fall/Halloween colors instead of putting all these colors on full skeins because you have more options with what you want to make with mini skeins. You can use all colors, or just a few. It doesn't have to look like Halloween. Plus...I need to take a deep dive into knitting color-work and maybe a mini skein set will light a fire in me to get it done. These minis pair nicely with Camelot and Charcoal as seen in the last photo.
This listing includes 5 mini skeins of Percy DK yarn. Each skein is 49 yards, so a set has a total of 245 yards. The skeins will arrived as seen in the 1st photo where they are all twisted together in one skein. These skeins were over-dyed, meaning they were dyed twice. As a result you can see different colors picking through throughout most skeins.
Colors: charcoal, rusty orange, light purple/gray, teal, dark purple
Yards: +\- 49, times 5 skeins = 245 yards
Weight: Percy DK
Fiber: 75% superwash merino, 25% nylon
Care instructions: Superwash wool will not felt in a washing machine (do NOT dry in a dryer). However, I still suggest hand washing, lay flat and shape to dry.
NOTE: Most tap water has a higher than desirable (for hand-dyed wool) pH level. You can neutralize this by simply adding it2 tablespoons, per gallon of water, of white vinegar to your wash water. That will neutralize the pH levels and help maintain the vibrant colors.
