ONLY ONE LEFT
The crocheted section of this swatch reminds of a cat we had when I was a kid. Her name was Spotsy...yes, she was a calico. Not a super creative name , but I was around 5 years old.
The last photo would make a nice fade set. They are Old Town Road, Spotsy, On Top of Old Smokey, and lastly...a colorway I haven’t listed yet.
This yarn base is 100% made in America and are thicker with a more springy/crisp feel than my other sock weight bases. They are also 115 gm as opposed to 100 gm.
This base is great for many project; socks, beanies, sweater, blankets, etc.
Color(s): rusty orange, gray, black, navy blue, speckles of earthy green, navy blue
Fiber(s): 80% superwash merino, 20% nylon
Weight: 4-ply, sock/fingering
Length/yardage: +/- 434, 115 gm
Care instructions: Superwash wool will not felt in a washing machine (do NOT dry in a dryer). However, I still suggest hand washing, lay flat and shape to dry.
NOTE: Most tap water has a higher than desirable (for hand-dyed wool) Ph level. You can neutralize this by simply adding 2 tablespoons, per gallon of water, of white vinegar to your wash water. That will neutralize the Ph levels and help maintain the vibrant colors.
