SHIPPING:
Full payment must be received before an item will ship.
Most items ship the next business day--unless otherwise stated (if I am away from home for example). Items will ship via USPS, or UPS. You should automatically receive an email with the shipping date and tracking information once a shipping label has been made.
I ship internationally. Shipping out of the United States frequently takes more time and can be held up in customs. Please be aware that once a package is out of the country, I have no way of locating it. Orders that are shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for any of these additional fees. Please be aware of this if you are sending an item as a gift.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
I want you to love your new Yarn Baby. If there is something you don't like or didn't expect, please let me know. I do accept returns/refunds if the item is returned in its original hank form and not wound into a ball or cake. (If you have felted, knitted, crocheted, shrunk, or made the item stinky or dirty, I can't resell it, so it can't be refunded). Buyer must cover shipping costs.

My products come from a dog friendly (one Shih Tzu which has hair, not fur and is hypo-allergenic) smoke-free home.
Different monitors display color differently, but I take my photos in natural light and try to represent the color as accurately as possible. Please read the description or send me a message if you have any questions about the items you see in stock.
