The sheen and drape of these skeins is GORGEOUS! Oh my heavens! If lace weight is not your jam, try holding two strands double -- it makes a BEAUTIFUL fabric!  I love a silk-blend. I held a Velma skein like this double with a Maxine worsted skein and I love the end result.

A dark gray with purple sections and a few speckles. I should have added more speckles...I may over-dye these. If you like how the look grab them now because I might change them.

Colors: gray, white, purple, little brown
Fiber(s): 75% extra fine sw merino wool / 25% mulberry silk
Base/Weight: VELMA / lace weight
Length/yardage: +/- 874 yards, 100 gm

Care instructions: Superwash wool will not felt in a washing machine (do NOT dry in a dryer). However, I still suggest hand washing, lay flat and shape to dry.
