Beautiful ocean blue tonals dyed on dreamy Athena yarn. I knit a Exploration Station shawl with the following colors: The Beach, Peaches, Sex on the Beach, and Zombie Gray. It turned out so beautiful!

I wanted to add a luxury sock base to my shop that wasn't too expensive but still very nice. These skeins are merino/yak/nylon, and they are A DREAM! The Athena skeins can easily be paired with Lilith sock weight skeins - I made a shawl using one Athena and one Lilith skein and they work well together.

Color(s): ocean blue

Fiber(s): 70% superwash merino, 20% yak, 10% nylon

Base/Weight: ATHENA, fingering/sock, 3 ply

Length/yardage: +/- 437, 100 gm

Care instructions: Superwash wool will not felt in a washing machine (do NOT dry in a dryer). However, I still suggest hand washing, lay flat and shape to dry.
