Western (on sock)

I had a request to dye this colorway on a sock weight base, so here it is! See the knit/crochet swatch in the listing of this colorway on Percy DK for an idea how it'll stitch up. Pair this colorway with Sunshine, Camelot, Cotton Candy, and/or Asparagus from the Tabitha's Tonals listing (as shown in the last photo).
This yarn base is VERY soft and thin. They feel like a silk blend, but it's the super fine superwash merino that is so dreamy and soft. With a micron count of 19.5, and 20% nylon, these skeins are great for items you want to have a lovely drape; shawls, blankets, scarves, sweater, cardigan, etc. I love the smooth look of 4-ply sock weight, which also adds some extra strength. If you want to try it but don't like thin yarn, try two strands held double for a lovely DK weight.
Color(s): teal, rusty gold, white, dark dusty rose, blended green
Fiber(s): 80% superwash 19.5 micron merino, 20% nylon
Weight: light sock/fingering
Length/yardage: +/- 450, 100 gm
Care instructions: Superwash wool will not felt in a washing machine (do NOT dry in a dryer). However, I still suggest hand washing, lay flat and shape to dry.
NOTE: Most tap water has a higher than desirable (for hand-dyed wool) pH level. You can neutralize this by simply adding 2 tablespoons, per gallon of water, of white vinegar to your wash water. That will neutralize the pH levels and help maintain the vibrant colors.
